The invention discloses a polycarboxylate superplasticizer composition, and relates to the technical field of cement additives. The composition comprises a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, glycerol triglycidyl ether and diethylene glycol acid, wherein the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mole: 10 parts of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, 4 to 6 parts of unsaturated polyether and 2 to 4 parts of 2-methyl-2-acrylic acid-2-hydroxyethyl phosphate. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer composition disclosed by the invention has relatively good mud resistance and relatively low bleeding rate, and meanwhile, the early strength of concrete can be improved.
