Low-shrinkage cement stabilized macadam and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses cement stabilized macadam with low shrinkage. The cement stabilized macadam is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-4 parts of cement, 1-4 parts of fly ash, 2-10 parts of phosphogypsum, 50-70 parts of aggregate and 5-8 parts of water. Preferably, the cement is any one of ordinary Portland cement, Portland slag cement and Portland pozzolana cement. Based on the same inventive concept, the invention further provides a preparation process of the low-shrinkage cement stabilized macadam, and the low-shrinkage cement stabilized macadam is obtained by stirring and mixing the raw materials of the cement stabilized macadam. Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides an asphalt pavement which comprises a material layer paved by the low-shrinkage cement stabilized macadam or the low-shrinkage cement stabilized macadam material obtained by the preparation process. The low-shrinkage cement stabilized macadam provided by the invention has excellent resistance to drying shrinkage and temperature shrinkage.
