Solid waste-based pavement base material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a solid waste-based pavement base material. The solid waste-based pavement base material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-300 parts of a curing component, 300-1000 parts of a skeleton component and 5-80 parts of an active excitation component, wherein the curing component comprises high-calcium fly ash and mixing plant waste slurry; the framework component comprises a filter pressing material and aggregate screen underflow; the active excitation component comprises waste gypsum powder, water glass and a silane coupling agent. On the basis of realizing resource utilization of various industrial waste residues, the mechanical property, durability, water stability and the like of the obtained pavement base material can be effectively considered; and the related preparation process is relatively simple and wide in applicability, and has remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
本发明公开了一种固废基路面基层材料,各组分及其所占重量份数包括:固化组分50~300份、骨架组分300~1000份和活性激发组分5~80份;其中固化组分包括高钙粉煤灰和搅拌站废浆;骨架组分包括压滤料和骨料筛下物;活性激发组分包括废石膏粉、水玻璃和硅烷偶联剂。本发明在实现多种工业废渣的资源化利用的基础上,可有效兼顾所得路面基层材料的力学性能、耐久性能和水稳性能等;且涉及的制备工艺较简单,适用性广,具有显著的经济和环境效益。
