The invention provides an NASICON type solid electrolyte, a preparation method thereof and a secondary battery. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out dry ball milling on raw materials corresponding to the NASICON type solid electrolyte, carrying out primary crushing after the ball milling is finished, then carrying out primary tabletting, and carrying out primary sintering on the material subjected to the primary tabletting to obtain a precursor material; and carrying out secondary crushing on the precursor material, then carrying out secondary tabletting, and carrying out secondary sintering on the material subjected to the secondary tabletting so as to obtain the NASICON type solid electrolyte. By optimizing the preparation method, the structure of the prepared NASICON type solid electrolyte is more compact, the generation of pores is reduced, and meanwhile, the ionic conductivity is also improved.
本发明提供一种NASICON型固体电解质及其制备方法和二次电池。所述方法包括以下步骤:将NASICON型固体电解质对应的原料进行干法球磨,结束后进行一次粉碎,而后进行一次压片,将所述一次压片后的物料进行一次烧结,得到前驱体材料;将所述前驱体材料进行二次粉碎,而后进行二次压片,将所述二次压片后的物料进行二次烧结,得到所述NASICON型固体电解质。本发明通过优化制备方法,使得制备得到的NASICON型固体电解质的结构更加致密,减少了气孔的产生,同时离子电导率也得以提高。
