Conductive ceramic and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a conductive ceramic preparation method, which comprises: carrying out first sintering on a ceramic green body to obtain a porous ceramic green body; immersing the porous ceramic green body into a metal salt solution, then taking out the porous ceramic green body, drying the porous ceramic green body, and carrying out second sintering in an air atmosphere to obtain a ceramic green body containing a metal oxide; and performing third sintering on the ceramic green body containing the metal oxide in a hydrogen atmosphere to obtain the conductive ceramic containing the metal. The conductive ceramic prepared by the method has good conductivity and mechanical properties under the condition of low metal content.
本发明提供一种导电陶瓷的制备方法,包括:将陶瓷生坯进行第一烧结,得到多孔陶瓷坯体;将所述多孔陶瓷坯体浸入金属盐溶液中,然后取出烘干,在空气气氛下进行第二烧结,得到含有金属氧化物的陶瓷坯体;将含有金属氧化物的陶瓷坯体在氢气气氛下进行第三烧结,得到含有金属的导电陶瓷。该方法制备出来的导电陶瓷在金属含量低的情况下能同时有良好的导电性能和力学性能。
