Temperature control method for mass concrete
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete construction and quality control, in particular to a mass concrete temperature control method which comprises the following steps: respectively placing cement, aggregate and fly ash in an environment of 10 +/-2 DEG C for precooling treatment to obtain a precooled material; stirring and mixing the pre-cooled material, cold water at 2-4 DEG C and an additive to obtain a mixture; the method comprises the following steps: pouring a mixture in a mold in which temperature measuring equipment is placed in advance to form a concrete body, then covering the concrete body with a thermal insulation layer, and acquiring temperature data of the concrete body by utilizing the temperature measuring equipment to form temperature control on mass concrete. According to the method, the temperature is cooperatively controlled through multiple measures, the maximum temperature rise and the inside and outside temperature difference can be further controlled under the condition that the heat preservation curing time is not changed, meanwhile, the cooling rate is controlled to be smaller than or equal to 2 DEG C/d, concrete temperature cracks are reduced to the maximum extent, and the problem that in the prior art, the cooling rate influences concrete cracking is solved.
本发明涉及混凝土施工及质量控制技术领域,具体涉及一种大体积混凝土的温度控制方法,包括以下步骤:将水泥、骨料、粉煤灰分别置于10±2℃环境下进行预冷处理,得到预冷材料;将预冷材料、2~4℃冷水和外加剂搅拌混合,得到混合料;在预先放置有测温设备的模具中浇筑混合料,以形成混凝土本体,然后在混凝土本体上覆盖保温层,利用测温设备获取混凝土本体的温度数据,以形成对大体积混凝土的温度控制。本发明通过多种措施协同控温,在不改变保温养护时间的情况下,能够进一步控制最大温升和里表温差,同时使降温速率控制在≤2℃/d,以最大限度减少混凝土温度裂缝,解决了现有技术中存在的降温速率对混凝土开裂影响的问题。
