Preparation method of CaWO4 interface coating for SiCf/SiC composite material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a CaWO4 interface coating for a SiCf/SiC composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing CaWO4 nanoparticles by adopting a chemical precipitation method; (2) preparing CaWO4 slurry; (3) pretreating the silicon carbide fiber bundles; (4) dipping to prepare a CaWO4 interface coating; and (5) preparing a silicon carbide matrix on the silicon carbide beam containing the CaWO4 interface coating by a precursor impregnation pyrolysis method. CaWO4 is selected as an interface material, the CaWO4 has a layered crystal structure and can provide weak combination of fibers/matrixes, crack deflection is achieved through micro-area plastic deformation, the mechanical property of the composite material is improved, the preparation process is simple and easy to achieve, the interface thickness can be continuously adjusted by adjusting and controlling the slurry concentration and the number of times of impregnation, and the preparation method is suitable for large-scale industrial production. Therefore, the mechanical property of the composite material is regulated and controlled, and different use requirements are met.
本发明公开了一种SiCf/SiC复合材料用CaWO4界面涂层的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)采用化学沉淀法制备CaWO4纳米颗粒;(2)制备CaWO4浆料;(3)对碳化硅纤维束进行预处理;(4)浸渍制备CaWO4界面涂层;(5)以前驱体浸渍裂解法在含CaWO4界面涂层的碳化硅束上制备碳化硅基体。本发明选用CaWO4作为界面材料,CaWO4具有层状晶体结构,可以提供纤维/基体的弱结合,并通过微区塑性变形实现裂纹偏转,提高复合材料力学性质,制备过程简单易实现,可通过调控浆料浓度、浸渍次数实现界面厚度连续可调,从而调控复合材料的力学性质,满足其不同的使用要求。
