Pulverized coal activating agent and application thereof
The invention discloses a pulverized coal activator which comprises the following preparation material components: calcium oxide, sodium metasilicate, sodium fluosilicate and sodium tripolyphosphate, the calcium oxide is prepared by heating calcium carbonate, and the sodium metasilicate is mainly prepared by reacting sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide materials. One of the main raw materials of the sodium fluosilicate is fluosilicic acid which is a byproduct in the process of producing anhydrous hydrogen fluoride by taking acid-grade fluorite concentrate powder and sulfuric acid as raw materials, and the sodium tripolyphosphate is mainly prepared from phosphoric acid, sodium hydroxide and water materials. When the pulverized coal activating agent and the application thereof are used for preparing the pulverized coal activating agent, no other impurities are generated, furthermore, when the pulverized coal activating agent is prepared, no nitric oxide is generated, and the pulverized coal activating agent is environment-friendly and can be suitable for industrial production, so that the yield of the actually obtained pulverized coal activating agent is increased; in the whole preparation steps, reaction conditions are mild, easy to reach and control, and the process is stable.
