The invention discloses a novel composite beam with perforated plate connecting pieces and studs. The novel composite beam comprises I-shaped steel, perforated steel plates, concrete plates, stiffening ribs, a plurality of widening parts, the studs, penetrating steel bars and concrete tenons. A perforated steel plate is welded to the unwidened part of I-shaped steel to penetrate through a steel bar, so that a perforated steel plate connecting piece is formed, concrete is cast in place on the widened part, stud positions are reserved, studs are arranged in a bundling mode, the concrete of the part is poured later, and a beam body can be rapidly assembled; the widening part is arranged on an upper flange of the I-steel, and the stiffening ribs are arranged on the side face of a web of the I-steel and located at the two ends of the widening part in the beam length direction. The widening parts and the stiffening ribs are arranged, after the composite beam is completely assembled, if the joints between the adjacent concrete slabs are damaged, the stiffening parts and the widening parts are used for avoiding the phenomenon of stress concentration on the steel beams, and the stability and the bearing capacity of the composite beam can be improved.
本发明公开了一种带开孔板连接件和栓钉的新型组合梁,包括工字钢、开孔钢板、混凝土板、加劲肋、多个加宽部、栓钉、贯穿钢筋和混凝土榫。通过在工字钢不加宽部位焊接开孔钢板来通过贯穿钢筋,从而形成开孔钢板连接件,加宽部现浇混凝土并预留栓钉位置,栓钉集束布置并且后浇该部分混凝土,可以实现快速装配梁体;加宽部设置在工字钢的上翼缘上,加劲肋设置在工字钢的腹板侧面,沿梁长方向位于加宽部两端。设置加宽部和加劲肋,组合梁装配完全后,若相邻的混凝土板之间的接缝处受到破坏,利用加劲部件和加宽部避免钢梁上出现应力集中的现象,可以提高组合梁的稳定性和承载能力。
