The invention relates to an aqueduct making machine with a main beam provided with a stiffening rod system, an outer main beam stiffening rod system capable of transversely turning and an inner main beam stiffening rod system capable of upwards folding, belongs to the technical field of aqueduct construction of water conservancy projects, is used for aqueduct cast-in-place construction, and can be moved to the next span after the aqueduct cast-in-place construction of one span is completed. Compared with an aqueduct making machine in the prior art, the aqueduct making machine has the following three significance in the following three aspects: 1, under the same span, load and construction requirements, the equipment weight can be reduced by about 40%, and the overall input cost can be reduced by about 40%; 2, under the condition that the dead weight of the aqueduct making machine is equivalent, the spanning capacity is increased, and the construction requirements of aqueducts with larger spans are met; and 3, when the aqueduct making machine walks and crosses the span, the load of the constructed aqueduct is reduced by about 40%, and the overload of the aqueduct in the construction stage can be obviously reduced.
本发明为一种主梁带有加劲杆系并且外主梁加劲杆系能够横向转折、内主梁加劲杆系能够向上收折的造槽机,属于水利工程的渡槽施工技术领域,用于渡槽现浇施工,当一跨渡槽现浇施工完成后,本造槽机可移动至下一跨,完成下一跨渡槽的现浇施工,逐跨施工直至全部渡槽浇筑完成,与已有技术的造槽机相比,本发明装置具有如下三个方面的意义:1、可以在相同的跨度、荷载以及施工要求下,减轻约40%的设备重量,减少约40%的整体投入成本;2、在造槽机自重相当的情况下,增大跨越能力,适应更大跨度的渡槽的施工需要;3、在造槽机行走过跨时,对已施工完成的渡槽减少约40%的荷载,可显著降低渡槽在施工阶段的超载。
