Construction method for cast-in-place simply supported beam in elevated interval of rail transit
The invention discloses a construction method for a cast-in-place simply supported beam in a rail transit elevated interval. The construction method comprises the operation of dismantling a bailey beam support after the simply supported beam is poured; the beam falling operation for disassembling the bailey beam support through the disassembling device comprises the following steps that an upper nut on a lifting rod is loosened, an upper cross beam is jacked through a jack, and the upper nut is screwed down after jacking is completed; the lower nut is loosened, the jack returns oil, and the whole bailey beam support falls down along with the suspender; after falling in place, tightening the lower nut, loosening the upper nut again, jacking the upper cross beam through the jack, and then tightening the upper nut again; and the operation steps are repeated in sequence till the whole bailey beam support is unloaded to the ground. Compared with the prior art, the whole beam falling construction technology is adopted for a bailey beam support supporting system, under the condition that the construction site is limited, the bailey beam support can be rapidly dismantled, the construction period is guaranteed, the influence on passing of other traffic roads is reduced, and the safety in the construction process is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种轨道交通高架区间现浇简支梁施工方法,包括在简支梁浇筑完成后拆除贝雷梁支架的操作;采用卸落装置将贝雷梁支架卸落的落梁操作包括以下步骤:松开吊杆上的上螺母,通过千斤顶顶升上横梁,顶升完成后拧紧上螺母;松开下螺母,千斤顶回油,使贝雷梁支架整体随吊杆下落;下落到位后,拧紧下螺母,再次松开上螺母,通过千斤顶顶升上横梁,然后再次拧紧上螺母;依次重复以上操作步骤,直至贝雷梁支架整体被卸落至地面。针对贝雷梁支架支撑体系采用整体落梁的施工工艺,在施工场地受限的情况下,能够对贝雷梁支架进行快速的拆除,保证了施工周期,减小了对其它交通道路通行的影响,并大大提高了施工过程中的安全性。
