Overall landing frame installation method
The invention discloses an overall landing frame installation method, and relates to the field of engineering construction. The method is achieved through a plurality of landing frame devices, each landing frame device comprises a lifting lug, a steel lifting belt, a lifting belt support, a support embedded part, a jack, a lowering device distribution beam and a pin shaft, and the specific installation method comprises the following steps that the lifting lugs are installed, specifically, the lifting lugs are welded to a main cross beam of a landing frame; mounting a distribution beam of the lowering device, namely mounting the distribution beam of the lowering device at a design position by adopting manual work in cooperation with a tower crane, and hanging at least two jacks at each mounting position during mounting; a steel plate is cushioned between the sling support and the support embedded part, and then the sling support is welded and fixed in a circumferential full-length welding mode; and steel lifting belts are installed, specifically, the steel lifting belts are positioned through a crane till the steel lifting belts are positioned to the lifting lugs and the lifting belt supports. Overall installation and lifting are adopted, prefabrication and assembly can be carried out, so that low construction quality caused by construction mismatching, poor construction environment and the like is prevented, and the construction period can be greatly shortened.
本发明公开了整体落架安装方法,涉及工程施工领域。其通过多个落架装置实现,所述落架装置包括吊耳、钢吊带、吊带支座、支座预埋件、千斤顶、下放装置分配梁和销轴组成,其具体安装方法包括以下步骤:吊耳安装,将吊耳焊接于落架的主横梁上;下放装置分配梁的安装,在设计位置采用人工配合塔吊安装下方装置分配梁,安装时,每个安装位置吊挂至少两个千斤顶,并且;在吊带支座与支座预埋件间垫上钢板后再周圈满焊焊接固定吊带支座;钢吊带安装,将钢吊带使用吊车进行定位,直至将钢吊带定位至吊耳和吊带支座时。本发明采用整体安装起落,可进行预制组装,从而防止构建不匹配、施工环境差等导致的施工质量低,从而也可大幅度的缩短施工周期。
