The hoist mounting seat is fixed on the civil engineering ground at the top of the gate, and the hoist is mounted on the hoist mounting seat; the top end of the flashboard is connected with the hoist through a gate connecting rod; a plurality of flashboard pressing blocks are arranged below the guide rails of the gate frame; one side of the flashboard is provided with a gate sealing strip, and the other side is provided with cam locking mechanisms in one-to-one correspondence with the flashboard pressing blocks; according to the scheme, two-way water pressure can be borne, the compression amount of the gate sealing strip can be adjusted according to the water pressure condition so that the better sealing effect can be achieved, and the quick-closing gate can still be closed quickly and accurately under the emergency condition.
