The invention discloses a sound absorption structure composite board based on a perforated hollow ceramsite board and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of sound absorption boards, the sound absorption structure composite board is formed by compounding at least two sound absorption material boards, at least one sound absorption material board is the perforated hollow ceramsite board, and a plurality of sound absorption holes with different hole diameters are formed in the perforated hollow ceramsite board. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring the hollow ceramsite, the all-solid waste cementing material and water to obtain slurry; pouring the slurry into a mold and vibrating until the mold is completely filled with the slurry, placing the mold in a humid environment for curing, taking out the mold, and naturally drying to obtain a hollow ceramsite plate; punching the hollow ceramsite plate to obtain a punched hollow ceramsite plate; a sound absorption material is selected to manufacture a sound absorption material plate, the perforated hollow ceramsite plate and the sound absorption material plate are compounded, and the sound absorption structure composite plate is obtained. The sound absorption holes which are different in aperture size and distributed in a staggered mode are formed in the hollow ceramsite plate, so that the sound absorption plate can effectively absorb sound waves of various frequencies at the same time.
本发明公开一种基于穿孔空心陶粒板的吸声结构复合板及其制作方法,涉及吸声板技术领域,吸声结构复合板由不少于两块吸声材料板复合,其中至少一块为穿孔空心陶粒板,穿孔空心陶粒板上设有多个不同孔径大小的吸声孔。制作方法包括:将空心陶粒、全固废胶凝材料及水进行均匀搅拌,得到料浆;将料浆倒入模具并震动,至料浆完全填充模具后置于潮湿环境养护,之后取出自然干燥后得到空心陶粒板;对空心陶粒板进行打孔,得到穿孔空心陶粒板;选择吸声材料制作吸声材料板,将穿孔空心陶粒板与吸声材料板进行复合,得到吸声结构复合板。本发明通过在空心陶粒板上设置孔径大小不同交错分布的吸声孔,以使吸声板能够同时对多种频率的声波进行有效的吸收。
