The connecting steel bars can be inserted into oppositely-arranged beam steel reinforcement cages, and every two adjacent connecting steel bars in different sliding directions are connected through a connecting and fixing unit. The mode of the prefabricated plate reinforcement cage is adopted, the installation time of the plate reinforcement cage can be shortened, and therefore the construction efficiency of the whole project is improved.
