The high-strength polyurethane organic material is adopted as the keel material, the polyurethane organic material has excellent performance, the defects of traditional inorganic materials or wood materials can be effectively overcome, and the keel has the advantages of being waterproof, durable, heat-insulating, good in weather resistance and the like. The system is suitable for use environments of floor heating systems; and the pavement main body and the keel main body are fixed in a bonding mode and a limiting mode, so that rapid and stable installation between the pavement main body and the keel main body can be realized, and the stability and shock resistance between the pavement main body and the keel main body are improved.
