The invention relates to the technical field of steel wire rope carrying, in particular to a carrying pre-tightening device for aerial laying of steel wire ropes, which comprises a plurality of main steel pipes and steel beams located between two adjacent steel pipes and fixedly connected through bolts, the inner side edge of each steel beam is slidably connected with a plurality of rope spanners, and a steel wire rope is laid between every two opposite steel beams. And the other end of the steel wire rope is provided with a pre-tightening group for pushing and pulling the steel wire rope to tighten. According to the invention, a plurality of rope moving devices are arranged on the inner sides of a plurality of steel beams which enclose a circle, steel wire ropes are wound in an S shape between two rows of rope moving devices which are oppositely arranged, so that a crisscrossed rope net structure is formed, and wood plates or steel wire meshes are laid on the crisscrossed rope net; meanwhile, by increasing the distance between the rope clamping clip and the steel beam, the steel wire rope connected between the rope sheaves in a winding mode is tensioned to achieve the supporting and stabilizing capacity, and therefore the defects that a traditional scaffold is long in erecting time and large in transfer amount are overcome.
