Comprising a laminated layer, transverse reinforcing steel bars, longitudinal reinforcing steel bars, end reinforcing steel bars and end bent reinforcing steel bars, the laminated layer is a reinforcing mesh formed by binding transverse reinforcing steel bars, longitudinal reinforcing steel bars, end reinforcing steel bars and end bent reinforcing steel bars; the end reinforcing steel bars form a closed ring beam on the floor cover plate and are connected with the transverse reinforcing steel bars and the longitudinal reinforcing steel bars of the laminated layer; one end of the end bent bar is embedded into the bar embedding hole, and the other end of the end bent bar is connected with the longitudinal steel bar; and the transverse reinforcing steel bars, the longitudinal reinforcing steel bars, the end reinforcing steel bars and the end bent reinforcing steel bars are integrally poured together by adopting concrete after being bound.
