The method comprises the following steps that firstly, the safety protection bin is installed and adjusted; 2, welding construction of the long-distance buried pipeline; 3, moving and welding construction of the long-distance buried pipeline construction safety protection bin; and fourthly, the long-distance buried pipeline construction safety protection bin is lifted and stored. The device is reasonable in design, is arranged on a pipeline in a spanning manner, can move in the extension direction of a pipe ditch, is suitable for welding operation at each joint of the pipeline, and improves the life safety of construction workers in a limited space.
