The invention provides a door and window hinge structure which comprises a hinge assembly, a hinge sash connecting seat and a limiting assembly, one end of the hinge assembly is connected to a frame body, the other end of the hinge assembly is connected to the hinge sash connecting seat, and the width of the hinge sash connecting seat is smaller than that of a sash groove cavity of a sash body; the hinge leaf connecting seat is arranged in a leaf groove of the leaf body from the surface of a leaf notch of the leaf body and is arranged in a leaf groove cavity of the leaf body in a manner of being parallel to the surface of the leaf notch of the leaf body, and the limiting assembly is connected with the hinge leaf connecting seat and is used for limiting the hinge leaf connecting seat to be positioned in the leaf groove cavity; the hinge leaf connecting seat comprises a hinge mounting part and a leaf body limiting part, and the hinge mounting part extends out of the leaf notch surface of the leaf body and is used for being connected with a hinge assembly; the fan body limiting part is used for being connected with a limiting assembly. According to the door and window hinge structure, an opening does not need to be formed in the sash groove corner position of the sash, the opening procedure can be reduced, meanwhile, the installation operation of the hinge sash connecting base is simplified, and the installation efficiency of the door and window hinge structure can be improved.
