Geopolymer/sludge extract-based high-salinity fly ash curing agent and curing method
The invention discloses a geopolymer/sludge extract-based high-salinity fly ash curing agent and a curing method, the basic principle is that geopolymer waste and cement are utilized to generate synergistic hydration reaction to form more hydration products with gel structures, the microstructure of a cured body is promoted to be more compact, heavy metals are fixed, and meanwhile, salt leaching is reduced. The curing agent comprises the following substances: 2-3 parts of cement, 0.5-1 part of blast furnace slag, 0.2-0.5 part of fly ash and 0.1-0.2 part of a sludge extract. The curing method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing a certain mass of curing agent, mixing with fly ash, adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture; and (2) transferring the mixed material into a mold for molding, and carrying out standard curing for 5-10 days, so that the mixed material is fully cured. According to the method, various industrial solid wastes are utilized, the materials are easy to obtain, the cost is low, the dissolution rates of heavy metals and salts are lower than the safety landfill limit value specified by the state, and the method has good environmental benefits and engineering application values.
本发明公开了一种地聚物/污泥提取物基高盐分飞灰固化剂及固化方法,其基本原理是利用地聚合物废料和水泥发生协同水化反应,形成更多胶凝结构水化产物,促进固化体微观结构更加紧实,固定重金属的同时减少盐分浸出。该固化剂包括以下物质:水泥2~3份,高炉矿渣0.5~1份,粉煤灰0.2~0.5份,污泥提取物0.1~0.2份。固化方法包括:(1)根据称取一定质量固化剂与飞灰混合,加入水后搅拌至均匀,得到混合料;(2)将混料转移至模具中成型,标准养护5~10天,使其充分固化即可。本发明利用多种工业固体废物,材料易得,成本低廉,且重金属与盐分溶出均低于国家规定的安全填埋限值,具有良好的环境效益和工程应用价值。
