The first reinforcing clamping plate is connected with the first opposite-pulling piece, the second reinforcing clamping plate is connected with the second opposite-pulling piece, the first opposite-pulling piece and the second opposite-pulling piece are coaxially arranged, the first opposite-pulling piece and the second opposite-pulling piece can get close to each other and get away from each other, and when the first opposite-pulling piece and the second opposite-pulling piece get close to each other, the coping side mold can be tightly pressed and fixed to the side wall of the retaining wall; anti-skid devices are arranged at the bottoms of the first reinforcing clamping plate and/or the second reinforcing clamping plate. The reinforcing clamp can be operated by one person, rapid construction can be achieved, the opposite-pulling mechanism cannot extend outwards for a long time, and the situation that the cement coping operation is affected due to scratching when pedestrians or vehicles pass by is avoided; the anti-skid device can abut against the side wall of the retaining wall to generate friction force limiting sliding of the reinforcing clamp, and the stability of the reinforcing clamp is improved.
