The invention belongs to the technical field of fabricated buildings, and particularly relates to a fabricated building outer protective frame component and a process thereof.The fabricated building outer protective frame component comprises a bearing plate, a mounting seat is fixedly connected to the bottom of the bearing plate, a bidirectional threaded rod is inserted into one end of the mounting seat in a penetrating mode, and the outer wall of the bidirectional threaded rod is in threaded connection with two moving blocks; the ends of the two moving blocks are each fixedly connected with a mounting frame, the bottom of the bearing plate is fixedly connected with four fixing plates, and two guide rods are arranged among the four fixing plates. A bidirectional threaded rod is rotated through a clockwise adjusting disc, so that two moving blocks in threaded connection with the outer wall of the bidirectional threaded rod can drive a mounting frame to move in the opposite direction, and the mounting frame can also drive two outer hanging frames at the bottom to move in the opposite direction at the same time in the moving process, so that the distance between the two outer hanging frames and a mounting hole is adjusted; and the situation that the protection frame cannot be installed due to the fact that the hole spacing of the fabricated building outer wall is small is avoided.

本发明属于装配式建筑技术领域，具体涉及装配式建筑外防护架构件及其工艺，包括承载板，所述承载板的底部固定连接有安装座，所述安装座的一端贯穿插入有双向螺纹杆，所述双向螺纹杆的外壁螺纹连接有两个移动块，两个所述移动块的端部分别固定连接有一个安装架，所述承载板的底部固定连接有四个固定板，四个所述固定板之间设置有两个导向杆。本发明提出通过顺时针调节盘转动双向螺纹杆使得其外壁螺纹连接的两个移动块能够带动安装架进行相向移动，而安装架移动过程中也会同时带动底部的两个外挂架一同进行相向移动，从而调节两个外挂架以及安装孔之间的间距，避免出现装配式建筑外墙孔洞间距较小导致防护架无法安装的情况发生。
