The electric power screen cabinet intelligent identification and locking management system comprises a management host; a computer key; the intelligent signboards can switch the display state while switching the unlocking state between the locking state and the unlocking state of the cabinet door of the electric power screen cabinet, the management host can configure the unlocking authority of the target electric power screen cabinet to the computer key, and the unlocking authority of the target electric power screen cabinet can be displayed through the intelligent signboards. After the computer key with the unlocking authority unlocks the intelligent signboard on the target electric power screen cabinet, the cabinet door of the target electric power screen cabinet is unlocked, and the intelligent signboard is switched to display information that the target electric power screen cabinet is in a maintenance state; and after maintenance is completed, the cabinet door of the target power screen cabinet is closed, the intelligent signboard is switched to be in a locked state so as to lock the cabinet door of the target power screen cabinet, and the intelligent signboard is switched to display information that the target power screen cabinet is in a running state.
