The invention provides a resource utilization method for cement kiln co-processing stale garbage screen underflow. The method comprises the step of preparing the stale garbage screen underflow into cement clinker through cement kiln co-processing. The cement clinker is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5 to 10 parts of modified screen underflow, 85 to 95 parts of limestone, 2 to 5 parts of phyllite, 8 to 12 parts of iron tailings, 10 to 15 parts of bauxite and 1 to 4 parts of fly ash. And the undersize product is modified, so that the undersize product is better combined with the limestone, the phyllite, the iron tailings, the bauxite and the fly ash, the adhesive force and the binding force among the materials are improved, and the performance of the cement is remarkably enhanced. Screen underflow screening comprises manual primary screening, first-stage vibration screening, magnetic separation, wet screening, second-stage vibration screening and third-stage vibration screening. In the wet screening process, the modified adsorption resin is used for adsorbing chlorine elements and heavy metal substances in the screen underflow, so that the screen underflow reaches the kiln entering standard, and meanwhile, the peculiar smell of the screen underflow can be removed.
