The invention belongs to the technical field of disaster prevention and control of tunnels and underground engineering, and particularly relates to a solid waste-based polyurethane composite grouting material suitable for water plugging and reinforcement treatment of a water-rich sand layer and a preparation method of the solid waste-based polyurethane composite grouting material. The grouting material is formed by compounding a component A, a component B and a component C. The grouting material component A is powder formed by mixing fly ash, blast furnace slag and cement; the grouting material component B is a mixed solution composed of polyisocyanate, polyether polyol and a diluent; and the grouting material component C is an additive consisting of water glass and a retarder. According to the solid-waste-based polyurethane composite grouting material suitable for water plugging and reinforcement treatment of the water-rich sand layer and the preparation method of the solid-waste-based polyurethane composite grouting material, provided by the invention, a splitting-permeation composite grouting action mode is realized through material modification, and the diffusion range and the dynamic water dispersion resistance of slurry are remarkably improved; and the dual purposes of efficient treatment of grouting and water plugging reinforcement of the water-rich sand layer and resource utilization of solid waste materials can be achieved.
本发明属于隧道与地下工程灾害防控技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于富水砂层堵水与加固治理的固废基聚氨酯复合注浆材料及其制备方法。所述注浆材料由A、B、C三个组分复合而成。所述的注浆材料A组分是由粉煤灰、高炉矿渣和水泥混合而成的粉剂;所述的注浆材料B组分是由多异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇和稀释剂组成的混合液;所述的注浆材料C组分是由水玻璃和缓凝剂组成的外加剂。本发明提供的适用于富水砂层堵水与加固治理的固废基聚氨酯复合注浆材料及其制备方法,通过材料改性实现劈裂‑渗透复合注浆作用模式,并显著提升浆液的扩散范围和动水抗分散性能,可达到富水砂层注浆堵水加固高效处治与固废材料资源化利用的双重目的。
