The invention provides a consubstantial grouting material for tunnel secondary lining reinforcement. The consubstantial grouting material comprises an initial consubstantial grouting material and a later consubstantial grouting material, wherein the initial consubstantial grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 500-1500 parts of cement; 100 to 1500 parts of an admixture; 5 to 150 parts of rubber powder; 1-20 parts of an efficient water reducing agent; 1-10 parts of an anti-crack capsule; 0.1 to 5 parts of a defoaming agent; 0.01 to 2 parts of a plastic expanding agent; 20 to 150 parts of a hardening expanding agent; 0.5-10 parts of an early strength agent; 0.5-5 parts of a slump retaining agent; 0.5-20 parts of a waterproof agent; 0.5 to 5 parts of fiber; 300 to 1500 parts of an integral aggregate; the weight of the mixing water is 0.08-0.20 times that of the powder of the primary consubstantial grouting material; the later consubstantial grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 500-1500 parts of cement; the aggregate accounts for 500 to 3000 parts, and the admixture accounts for 100 to 1500 parts; 5 to 150 parts of rubber powder; 1-20 parts of an efficient water reducing agent; 1-10 parts of an anti-crack capsule; 0.1 to 5 parts of a defoaming agent; 0.02 to 2 parts of a plastic expanding agent; 20 to 150 parts of a hardening expanding agent; 0.5-10 parts of an early strength agent; 0.5-5 parts of a slump retaining agent; 0.5 to 5 parts of fiber; the amount of the mixing water is 0.10-0.35 time that of the powder. The invention further provides a consubstantial grouting method for reinforcing the second lining of the tunnel.
