The invention provides an environment-friendly and efficient high-water-content mud curing agent which is characterized by being prepared by mixing six solid wastes including phosphogypsum, alkali residues, coal gangue, mineral powder, steel slag powder and red mud, and the mass ratio of the phosphogypsum to the coal gangue to the alkali residues to the mineral powder to the steel slag powder to the red mud is 10-15%. The invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) dry powder addition and use methods are simple and effective; (2) cement and lime are not doped, the used specific materials comprise ardealite, alkaline residues, coal gangue, mineral powder, steel slag powder and red mud, the used materials are all solid wastes, and have the environmental protection significance of waste utilization, the purchase cost of the raw materials is lower, and the construction cost is reduced; and (3) the curing agent has better applicability to high-water-content slurry, such as river dredging soil and wall protection slurry, and is small in volume shrinkage rate and high in curing strength.
