The invention provides a preparation method of a porous ceramic matrix, an atomizing core and an aerosol forming device.The preparation method of the porous ceramic matrix comprises the steps that zinc oxide, aluminum hydroxide, a filling agent and a pore forming agent are provided and mixed to obtain a mixed powder material, an organic solvent and deionized water are provided, the mixed powder material, the organic solvent and water are mixed to obtain mixed slurry, and the mixed slurry is prepared into the porous ceramic matrix. The mixed slurry is subjected to tape casting to obtain a ceramic green body, and the ceramic green body is subjected to glue discharging and sintering to form the porous ceramic matrix with the zinc-aluminum spinel structure. The porous ceramic matrix prepared by the water-based tape casting method is relatively small in internal stress, the porous ceramic matrix is flat in surface, uniform in pore size distribution and relatively good in use effect after the tape casting ceramic green body is sintered, and zinc oxide and aluminum hydroxide form a regular octahedron crystal form zinc-aluminum spinel structure in the sintering process. The strength and the service life of the porous ceramic matrix can be improved.
