The preparation method comprises the following steps: burdening, ball-milling, drying, pre-sintering after sieving, secondary ball-milling, drying, pressing a green body after granulating, and sintering to obtain the MLCC dielectric material. The dielectric temperature characteristic of the MLCC dielectric material provided by the invention meets the EIA X7R standard, the dielectric constant epsilon r is higher than 1800 in the temperature range of-55 to 125 DEG C, the dielectric loss is low, and the insulating property is excellent; the preparation method provided by the invention is simple in process, short in preparation period and low in cost, and the prepared MLCC dielectric material is excellent in performance.
