Fiber-reinforced air-hardening refractory mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides fiber-reinforced air-hardening refractory mortar. The fiber-reinforced air-hardening refractory mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28-32 parts of mullite brick recycled material; 10 to 15 parts by weight of kaolin; 27 to 35 parts by weight of a high aluminum material; 23 to 34 parts by weight of sodium silicate; and 10-40 parts by weight of alumina fiber. Compared with the prior art, the fiber-reinforced air-hardening refractory mortar provided by the invention has the advantages that specific components with specific contents are adopted, so that relatively good overall interaction is realized, the obtained fiber-reinforced air-hardening refractory mortar has relatively good construction performance, and the bonding time is set within 2 minutes at normal temperature; the fiber-reinforced air-hardening refractory mortar mainly adopts sodium silicate and can be rapidly combined with a masonry in the construction process, and the breaking strength of the mortar can reach 4.0 MPa through detection after bonding at normal temperature; meanwhile, the constructability is good, and the heat conductivity of the cured slurry can be reduced.
本发明提供了一种纤维加强气硬性耐火泥浆,由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:莫来石砖回料28重量份~32重量份;高岭土10重量份~15重量份;高铝质材料27重量份~35重量份;泡花碱23重量份~34重量份;氧化铝纤维10重量份~40重量份。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的纤维加强气硬性耐火泥浆,采用特定含量的特定组分,实现整体较好的相互作用,得到的纤维加强气硬性耐火泥浆具有较好的施工性能,粘结时间在常温下2分钟内凝固;且满足作为耐火泥浆使用的各项性能要求:该纤维加强气硬性耐火泥浆主要采用的是泡花碱,在施工过程中能够快速的与砌体结合,常温抗折强度经过粘结后检测泥浆的抗折强度能够达到4.0MPa,同时施工性好且还能够降低泥浆固化后的热导率。
