The method comprises the following steps: step 1, detecting size characteristic parameters of microcracks on a ceramic piece; secondly, micro holes are removed through a polishing and cleaning procedure to form cavities; and thirdly, residual thermal stress in a machining area is removed through a heat treatment procedure. The method relates to the technical field of ceramic body crack repairing. According to the silicon carbide ceramic body crack repairing method, an elastic abutting plate is extruded through driving of an adaptive air cylinder, so that the elastic abutting plate deforms to cover the surface of a ceramic cavity, air is supplied to an air inlet pipeline through an air pump, and at the moment, a relatively sealed structure is formed in the cavity through combination of the elastic abutting plate and an expansion air bag; and then the holes are grouted through the grouting pipeline, grout leakage can be prevented, accurate repairing can be conducted, the ceramic machining device can adapt to machining of ceramics of various shapes, and the using effect is better.
