The invention discloses a high-strength composite beam which comprises two high-strength main beams, each high-strength main beam comprises a beam body and a shear key, the shear key is formed by directly cutting one end of a high-strength steel web of the beam body, and the material consumption is reduced. The strength of the shear keys is higher than that of welding stud shear keys, and the strength of the shear keys can be adjusted by adjusting materials of the beam body; by changing the shape of the cut shear key, the rigidity of the shear key can be conveniently adjusted. The high-strength composite beam further comprises a cross beam, the cross beam is connected with the two high-strength main beams, non-uniform shearing force distribution of the two high-strength steel webs is prevented, a transverse frame is formed, and distortion is reduced. The connecting part of the shear key of the high-strength composite beam and the steel beam can generate overlarge shear force when the bearing capacity is limited, the connecting part is easily damaged, the strength of the connecting part can be improved due to the high-strength characteristic of the crenel type shear key, and the overall strength of the high-strength composite beam cannot be reduced due to damage of the shear key.
本发明公开了一种高强组合梁,其包括两个高强主梁,高强主梁包括梁本体与剪力键,剪力键由梁本体的高强钢腹板的一端直接切割成型,减少了材料的消耗量。剪力键的强度较焊钉剪力键更强,可以通过调整梁本体的选材来调整剪力键的强度;通过改变切割出的剪力键形状,可以方便地调整剪力键的刚度。高强组合梁还包括横梁,横梁连接两个高强主梁,防止两片高强钢腹板剪力分布不均并形成横向框架减小畸变。高强组合梁的剪力键与钢梁的连接部位在承载能力极限状态时会产生过大剪力,容易使连接部位处出现破坏,垛口式剪力键引起高强特性能提高该连接处的强度,使高强组合梁不会因为剪力键破坏而降低整体强度。
