The invention discloses a continuous rigid frame bridge mid-span closure section dismantling buffer device which comprises a middle connecting assembly, a side connecting assembly and a carrying pole beam, the middle connecting assembly comprises a lifting rope assembly, a lifting assembly, a connecting base and a middle suspender assembly, and the upper portion of the middle suspender assembly sequentially penetrates through the connecting base and the carrying pole beam and then is fixed to the upper portion of the carrying pole beam. The lifting assembly comprises a supporting piece and a lifting wheel assembly, the lifting wheel assembly is rotationally installed on the supporting piece, and the lower portion of the lifting rope assembly is in a U shape and arranged on the lifting wheel assembly in a sleeving mode. The two side connecting assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the middle connecting assembly. Each side connecting assembly comprises a side hanging rod body, a lower supporting plate, a plurality of nut assemblies and a supporting assembly. Through cooperation of the middle connecting assembly, the two side connecting assemblies and the carrying pole beam, on one hand, the impact effect of structural system conversion is relieved to a certain degree; and on the other hand, the impact effect of sudden falling on the bridge deck crane in the closure section dismantling process is relieved.
