The side of a ship body is connected with a stripping assembly through a mechanical arm, the stripping assembly comprises a shell movably connected with the mechanical arm, and the lower end of the shell is opened to form a stripping cavity; a cutting roller and a brush roller which are perpendicular to the advancing direction of the stripping assembly are arranged in the stripping cavity, and when the stripping assembly executes stripping operation, the stroke of the brush roller is in front of the cutting roller; a sewage pump is arranged at the upper end of the shell and connected with a sewage discharge pipe arranged in the mechanical arm. The two stripping assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the ship body, and the blow-off pipes on the two sides are connected with each other. In the process that the stripping assembly advances along with the cleaning ship, periphytic algae at the water bottom are brushed through the brush roller, young algae can be basically removed, and meanwhile the effect of combing adult algae is achieved; then cutting is conducted through the cutting roller, and the cutting roller can effectively cut the adult algae.
本发明涉及一种用于大型人工输水渠道的除藻船,船体的侧方通过机械臂连接有剥离组件,所述剥离组件包括与机械臂活动连接的壳体,所述壳体为向下端开口形成剥离腔;所述剥离腔内设置有与剥离组件前进方向相垂直的切割辊和毛刷辊,所述剥离组件执行剥离作业时毛刷辊行程在切割辊之前;所述壳体上端设置有排污泵,所述排污泵与机械臂内部设置的排污管相连接;所述剥离组件设置有两处且对称设置在船体的两侧,两侧的所述的排污管相互连接。在剥离组件随清理船前进的过程中,先通过毛刷辊对水底的着生藻类进行刷拭,基本能够清楚幼生藻类,同时对成体藻类起到了梳理的作用;之后通过切割辊进行切割,切割辊可对成体藻类进行有效的切割。
