The invention provides a TRD cement mixing wall test pile three-step construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, construction preparation, step 2, surveying and setting out, step 3, guide groove excavation, step 4, pre-buried box hoisting and placing, step 5, pile machine in-place, step 6, connection of a cutting box and a host machine, step 7, inclinometer installation, step 8, three-procedure wall forming, step 9, cutting box retreating, and step 9, construction of a TRD cement mixing wall test pile. According to the method, the construction capacity of construction equipment under the stratum condition is verified through a wall forming test, the wall forming quality, the cement stirring uniformity, the strength and the waterproof performance are determined, the construction parameters and the construction procedures of the TRD construction method are determined, the excavation wall forming advancing speed and the wall forming effect of the TRD cement stirring wall adopting three procedures (namely first excavation, withdrawing excavation and wall forming stirring) are determined, and the construction efficiency of the TRD cement stirring wall is improved. The guiding perpendicularity of the TRD cement mixing wall cutting box and the perpendicularity of the formed cement mixing wall are determined, a foundation is laid for later construction through overall pile testing, and the later construction quality is improved.
