The invention provides a quick-inserting mechanical connecting structure. The quick-inserting mechanical connecting structure comprises an upper sleeve, a lower sleeve, an inserting rod, a middle nut, a connecting piece and an elastic element. One end of the upper sleeve and one end of the lower sleeve are respectively provided with a rib penetrating hole connected with a main rib; one end of the inserting rod is mounted in the upper sleeve; the middle nut is mounted in the lower sleeve, and one end of the elastic element is mounted on the middle nut; the connecting piece is located in the elastic element, and the bottom of the elastic element supports the connecting piece so that the middle nut can make contact with the connecting piece. A clamping table is arranged in the connecting piece, and the clamping head of the inserting rod penetrates through the middle nut to be connected with the clamping table in the connecting piece in a clamped mode. The upper sleeve and the lower sleeve can be in butt joint, mechanical connection between prefabricated parts is achieved through the upper sleeve, the lower sleeve, the inserting rod, the fastening piece and the elastic element, and welding can be avoided during field installation.
