According to the construction method, the peripheries of the pile cap and the pile top are protected, so that the hoop is formed above the pile top, meanwhile, the strength of the concrete of the pipe pile is improved, the pipe pile cannot generate longitudinal cracks during construction, and the quality of the concrete pipe pile is ensured.
