Complete grouting backfill plugging method for non-closed pipeline
The invention discloses a complete grouting backfill plugging method for an unclosed pipeline. The method comprises the following steps that the volume of a backfill pipeline is measured or calculated to determine the grouting amount; the grouting time is determined according to a viscosity increasing curve of the curing reaction of the composite grout; and the grouting speed is calculated according to the grouting amount and the grouting time, and full-pipe backfilling is completed when the grouting time is up. The grouting speed is calculated according to the volume of the backfill pipeline and the grouting time, and the pressure adopted for grouting is determined according to the height difference and the length of an inlet and an outlet of the backfill pipeline and the pressure capable of being borne by the backfill pipeline; putting a movable blocking body at the front end of the slurry for the downward fall pipeline; and the composite grout is completely injected into the backfill pipeline according to the grouting speed, pressure and grouting time. The composite slurry adopted by the invention has the characteristics of higher viscosity and rapid curing, and is not dispersed in water, so that the backfilling effect is not influenced no matter whether water exists in the pipeline or not, and the loss of the slurry in the pipeline is favorably prevented.
本发明公开了一种不封闭管道的完整灌浆回填封堵方法,包括以下步骤:测定或计算回填管道的容积来确定灌浆量;根据复合浆液的的固化反应的粘度增长曲线来确定灌浆时间;根据灌浆量和灌浆时间来计算灌浆速度,在到达灌浆时间时完成全管回填。还包括根据回填管道的容积和灌浆时间来计算灌浆速度,根据回填管道出入口的高差、长度和所能承受的压力确定灌浆所采用的压力;对向下落差管道在浆液前端投放移动阻塞体;根据灌浆速度、压力和灌浆时间将复合浆液全部注入回填管道。本发明所采用的复合浆液,具备较高粘度和快速固化特性,而且在水中不分散,无论管道内是否有水,回填效果均不受影响,有利于防止管道内浆液流失。
