The invention provides a waterfront L-shaped comprehensive pipe gallery. The waterfront L-shaped comprehensive pipe gallery comprises an electric power cabin and a comprehensive cabin. The power cabin is arranged on the lower portion of the road surface and at least used for laying municipal pipelines of power cables; the comprehensive cabin is located on the lower portion of the river channel and at least used for laying a water supply pipeline, a reclaimed water pipeline and a communication pipeline. The power cabin and the comprehensive cabin are separated according to the position of the revetment structure; and the power cabin, the comprehensive cabin and the revetment structure are simultaneously designed and constructed. According to the comprehensive pipe gallery, part of the space of the comprehensive pipe gallery can effectively extend into the bottom of a river channel while road passing is not affected, and the space utilization rate of the comprehensive pipe gallery is increased through co-construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery and the revetment. The comprehensive pipe gallery and the revetment retaining wall are combined, design and construction can be conducted at the same time, and the construction efficiency is improved.
