The method comprises the steps that in response to a flushing instruction of the toilet, a switch of a water supply pipeline in the toilet is turned on to supply water, and a valve unit in the water supply pipeline is turned on; opening a pump unit upstream of the valve unit in the water supply pipeline, and controlling a rotary element in the pump unit to rotate forwards so as to accelerate water flow to pass through the valve unit; water pressure in the water supply pipeline is collected, a corresponding control time interval is determined according to the water pressure, target control time before a switch and a valve unit of the water supply pipeline are closed is determined based on the control time interval, and the rotating speed reduction amount of the rotating element within the target control time is determined according to the water pressure; and after the target control time arrives, the forward rotation speed of the rotary element is reduced according to the rotation speed reduction amount, so that the water flow passes through the rotary element with the forward rotation speed reduced. The method can reduce the water hammer pressure in the closing stage of the valve unit.
