The parallel type multi-stage yield buckling restrained brace comprises a round steel bar and an external steel pipe, a positioning circular ring is arranged in the middle of the round steel bar, the two sides of the round steel bar are sleeved with annular partition plates, and circular end plates are arranged at the two ends of the round steel bar; an inner round steel pipe and a plurality of slotted energy dissipation steel plates are arranged between the annular partition plate and the round end plate, the round steel bar is sleeved with the inner round steel pipe, the slotted energy dissipation steel plates are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction, one end of each slotted energy dissipation steel plate is fixed to the inner round steel pipe, and the other end of each slotted energy dissipation steel plate is fixed to the round end plate. The other end of each slotted energy dissipation steel plate is inserted and welded into a vertical slot in the outer wall of the external steel pipe; the middle of the round steel bar, part of the slotted energy dissipation steel plate and the annular partition plate are all located in the outer steel pipe.
