The invention relates to the field of color-coated sheet processing application, in particular to a connecting structure of a color-coated sheet and a coating roller, and the connecting structure mainly comprises a mounting plate which is vertically arranged and used for being fixed with a mounting surface; the two color-coated plates are arranged on the two sides of the mounting plate respectively, the sides, close to the mounting plate, of the color-coated plates are vertically bent to form connecting parts, the surfaces of the connecting parts are not coated with coatings, the connecting parts are used for abutting against the mounting plate, and at least parts of the abutting surfaces of the connecting parts of the color-coated plates and the mounting plate are welded and fixed; and the clamping sleeve is connected to the outer side of the connecting part of the two color-coated plates in a sleeving manner and covers the abutting part of the connecting part and the mounting plate. The color-coated sheet connecting structure has the effect of ensuring the connecting stability of the color-coated sheet.
