A rotary adjusting mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the linkage mechanism, and a vibration piece is arranged at the lower end of the linkage mechanism and rotationally connected with the short pipe. The angle of the vibration piece can be adjusted under the condition that vibration of the vibration piece is not stopped. When concrete needs to be vibrated, the vibration generator can drive the vibration movable plate to vibrate. And meanwhile, an operator grasps the grasping ring by one hand to fix the connecting pipe, and grasps the adjusting handle by the other hand to adjust the angle of the vibration sheet.
