Comprising the steps that a hoisting platform is arranged, and a hydraulic jack is laid at a preset position; other steel materials are laid; hoisting the pipeline to the hoisting platform of the first layer of each layer section by using a tower crane; welding the lifting lugs; floor supports and hangers for fixing the pipelines and sleeves of the floor plates are installed on the floor plates of the pipe wells of all the floors and used for permanent fixing after hoisting is completed; and meanwhile, a guide bracket and a chain block temporary reinforcing device are mounted between floors of the tube well, and a chain block is fixed with a concrete wall body through a steel plate lifting lug by using an expansion bolt and is used for hoisting direction guide and temporary reinforcing protection. According to the floor casing pipe construction technology, pipeline hoisting construction can be better and safer achieved, a guide support and a temporary reinforcing device chain block are further arranged during hoisting, various anti-falling installation protection devices are formed, and the safety of hoisting operation is guaranteed.
