Fabricated building construction integrated platform and operation method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated building construction integrated platform and an operation method thereof. The construction integrated platform comprises stand columns and a steel platform. The stand columns are distributed on the periphery of a construction area, independent landing fulcrums are adopted, and a plurality of stand column units are stacked and assembled upwards. The steel platforms are connected to all the stand columns at the same time through sleeve frames, lifting of the steel platforms on the stand columns is achieved through the sleeve frames and jacking oil cylinders, at least two layers of steel platforms are adopted, and a top section adding tower crane used for adding sections to the stand columns and removing the sections from the stand columns is integrated on the steel platform on the top layer. The other layers of steel platforms are integrated with an operation track, a hanging frame and a material distributing machine of the bridge crane, each steel platform is formed by assembling steel platform units, the interior of each steel platform unit is provided with a walking space, and the stand column units and the sleeve frames have the passing ability of being communicated with walking channels. According to the invention, vertical load is not applied to a building main body structure, the hoisting flexibility is high, the hoisting efficiency is high, the device is easy to mount and dismount, horizontal and vertical traffic of personnel and small equipment can be realized, and high-altitude dismounting operation is avoided.
