Each elevator penetrates through all the annular parking plates, the two side faces of each elevator are provided with entrances and exits, the number of the entrances and the number of the exits are consistent with the number of the annular parking plates, and each entrance is connected with one vehicle entering assembly; an internal plate is fixedly installed on the side face of the inner wall of each annular parking plate, the number of the internal plates is consistent with that of the annular parking plates, and a conveying-out assembly is installed on each internal plate. According to the invention, vehicles are shunted, and the blockage caused by too many vehicles is avoided.
