The invention discloses a mechanical cabin door emergency triggering device which comprises a cap, a floating piston, a steel ball, a loop bar and a valve body, the valve body is installed on a boarding gate actuator, an air guide channel is formed in the side wall of the lower end of the valve body, the bottom of the valve body is connected with a high-pressure air storage device through an air inlet channel, and the lower end of the loop bar is inserted into the valve body; a through hole is formed in the sleeve rod in the axial direction, and the floating piston is assembled in the through hole and can slide up and down in the through hole. A piston rod of the floating piston is in sliding fit with the through hole; a piston head is inserted into the valve body; the upper part of the sleeve rod is inserted into the lower end of the cap and is in sliding fit with the cap; a circle of annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the cap, an obliquely downward hole channel is formed in the side wall of the sleeve rod, and a steel ball is assembled in the hole channel; an arc-shaped groove matched with the steel ball in shape is machined in the outer wall of a piston rod of the floating piston. The structure is simple, extra electromagnetic energy is not needed, high-voltage storage is safe and reliable, and the overall weight is effectively reduced.
