The invention relates to the technical field of hydrogeology, rock mechanics, groundwater dynamics and automation comprehensive application, and discloses a coal seam roof aquifer in-situ protection method which comprises the steps that a to-be-grouted aquifer is grouted; constructing a grouting process virtual model and a control system, monitoring and analyzing control indexes of each aquifer in the grouting process of the aquifer to be grouted in real time, dynamically adjusting a grouting scheme in real time, and continuously grouting the aquifer to be grouted according to the adjusted grouting scheme; under the condition that the control index reaches a preset value, grouting of the to-be-grouted aquifer is stopped, and a grouting transformation layer is obtained; and under the condition that grouting of the to-be-grouted aquifer is stopped and the height of the water flowing fissure zone does not meet the safety requirement, a narrow filling column is reserved in the to-be-filled underground goaf, so that the narrow filling column and the grouting transformation layer form a supporting structure, and the height of the water flowing fissure zone meets the safety requirement. The problems that a mine water protection and utilization mode is limited in application range and difficult to popularize and utilize are solved.
本发明涉及水文地质、岩石力学、地下水动力学和自动化综合应用技术领域,公开了煤层顶板含水层原位保护方法,包括:对待注浆含水层进行注浆;构建注浆过程虚拟模型及控制系统,实时监测、分析待注浆含水层注浆过程中的各含水层的控制指标,实时动态调整注浆方案,按照调整后的注浆方案继续对待注浆含水层进行注浆;在控制指标达到预设值的情况下,停止对待注浆含水层进行注浆,获得注浆改造层;在待注浆含水层停止注浆且导水裂隙带高度未满足安全要求的情况下,对待填充井下采空区留设窄充填柱,以使窄充填柱与注浆改造层形成支撑结构,使得导水裂隙带高度满足安全要求。本发明解决了对矿井水保护利用的方式适用范围有限,难以推广和利用的问题。
