A thin film photovoltaic cell piece is installed on the first side wall of the sunshade shutter, and a direct current luminous body is installed on the second side wall, opposite to the first side wall, of the sunshade shutter. Through linkage of the movable frame and the sun shield, the sun shield is controlled to extend out of the fixed frame and the movable frame retracts to the inner side of the fixed frame, so that the rain sheltering effect of the photovoltaic sun-shading assembly is improved.
